PAYMENTS:
DGT accepts most forms of payments.
Here are the following forms of payments accepted by Sassy: Cash, PayPal, Credit Cards through PayPal's Secured System, Money Orders, Checks & Electronic Check Payments through PayPal's Secured System, Sassy Layaway Plan.
We have partnered with PayPal, a third-party merchant. They have been in business since 1998. We accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers.
- PayPal Account Holders- Once transaction has been cleared, the merchandise will be sent out within 24 to 48 hours.
- Credit Cards - Credit Cards are accepted through PayPal's secured system. Once transaction is cleared, merchandise will be sent out within 24 to 48 hours. (For clients who are unaware of how this works please see below....information found under Clients without PayPal Account----it is a really simple process).
- Money Orders - Once Money Order is received and cleared, the merchandise will be sent out within 24 to 48 hours. Please contact Sassy directly if you would like to use this Method of payment.
- Electronic Check Payments - Electronic Check Payments are accepted through PayPal's secured system. Once transaction is cleared, merchandise will be sent out within 24 to 48 hours.
- Standard Checks - Once the check is received and cleared,the merchandise will be sent out within 24 to 48 hours. Please contact Sassy directly if you would like to use this Method of payment.
- Sassy Lay-a-way Plan- If you are interested in taking advantage of the Sassy Lay-a-way Plan. Contact Sassy to discuss. Requirements are: There is a $10.00 deposit. The full $10.00 will go toward your lay-a-way. Example: If your total lay-a-way is $20.00, the $10.00 will be deducted from the $20.00 and your remainder balance will be $10.00. However, If for some reason you decide that you know longer would like to purchase the merchandise that has been placed in lay-a-way, there is a $5.00 non-refundable restocking fee. The full payment must be paid w/in 30 days of deposit. If for some reason you are not able to pay the full amount within 30 days. Please contact Sassy directly to discuss and also if you would like to use the Method of payment.

If you were charged for something you didn't buy:
As a fraud-prevention measure, we send an email confirmation for every on-line PayPal payment that you make. If you receive an email confirmation for a transaction that you didn't approve, contact us immediately and we'll work to quickly resolve the issue — you won't be responsible for any unauthorized charges.
What you bought never showed up:
Regardless of where you shop online, PayPal's Buyer Complaint Policy lets you submit a dispute for an item you don't receive. You have the opportunity to resolve your dispute directly with the Seller or escalate to a claim.

Instructions on how to purchase items using credit cards through PayPal:
Click on "Add To Cart" on the "Selections Page". Click on the "Proceed To Check Out" Button, and instead of Logging into PayPal, you would click on "Continue", under the "Don't have a PayPal Account", on the left. This will take you a screen where you type in your Payment and Billing Information and proceed with process.
SHIPMENTS:
All orders are shipped via USPS, merchandise will be sent out within 24 to 48 hours after the date the transaction has been cleared
. You should receive an email indicating that your order has been received and also an email indicating when it was shipped.
DGT EXCEPTS RETURNS!
DGT currently accepts all returns within 2 weeks of purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund in the form of payment that Sassy received it
. However, please read all descriptions carefully prior to your purchase. The description and price is located under the item. Products must be in the condition you received them. Should you have any additional questions or need any additional information or additional photos please e-mail us and we will be happy to provide that information for you. Sassy will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours of initial inquiry.
If you wish to return any items you are responsible for the shipping.
